Every CAELEN product is backed by a 10-year replacement warranty. If you encounter a faulty component or a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we arrange a replacement — without unnecessary delays or complicated procedures.
What is soft-close, and which products have it?
Soft-close is built-in hydraulic damping that pulls a door or drawer shut in slow motion — silently, every time. You’ll find it across CAELEN hydraulic hinges, tandem box drawer systems, corner pull-outs and bi-fold lift-up units.
What is the difference between SS201 and SS304?
Both are stainless steel grades. SS304 contains more nickel and chromium, giving it higher corrosion resistance — worth choosing for humid kitchens and heavy daily use. CAELEN baskets and racks are offered in SS201 with SS304 options on select ranges.
How much weight can CAELEN drawer slides carry?
Concealed Quadro slides are rated to 45 kg, and full-extension telescopic slides up to 90 kg. Tall pantry pull-outs carry up to 60 kg in total, and corner-unit trays are rated at 15 kg each.
