What we collect

This website collects the information you submit through our enquiry form — your name, email address, and any company, phone, enquiry-type or message details you provide — solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) is stored locally in your browser and never sent to us.

How it is used

Enquiry submissions are delivered to CAELEN by email via our email provider (Resend). We may also collect anonymous, aggregated page-view statistics (via Vercel Analytics) that contain no personal identifiers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to deliver your enquiry to us.

Retention & your rights

We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to assist you. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 98112 59659) or through the enquiry form, and we will act on your request promptly.
